Delivery can be done in several ways. Please have a look at the OSHIROmodels webshop T&C.
There are now options for tracked and un-tracked postage and three 'zones' ; UK, EU and RoW via Royal Mail.
Orders over 100 pounds for the UK and 150 pounds for the rest of the world are now post free.

3. An e-mail will be sent when payment has cleared and also once your items are in the post and then the relevant tracking number (if applicable) will be given.
4. All tracked goods are insured when shipped and if goods arrive damaged (you need to check the items at the time of delivery), please notify the postal worker at time of delivery and us via e-mail up to two days later and we will endevour to resolve it. In the case of resin or catalogue items please send them back in their original wrapping and we will send a replacement as soon as we can, in the cast of custom terrain please send it back in it's original wrapping and we will repair the item and send it back.
5. If no contact has been received from you for four weeks after the shipping e-mail has been sent then no refund or exchange of any kind will be given for any reason whatsoever.
6. All figures are for scale reference only.
7. All items are sold as unpainted from 2014 unless a painted option is availble. All resin items come in an unpainted condition and can be painted for an additional cost, please contact for further details. Painted items in the catalogue are only representative of colour and variations might occur.
8. Some of our products come in kit form and some simple assembly will be required. Also, we clean the products before posting but some small holes or bubbles may still be present.
9. For custom models and terrain, an estimate will be given which might be different to the final price but will not be hugely different. A deposit of 25% (non refundable) is required for initial material costs and guarantee's the job, progress photos will be sent and delivery will be arranged once final payment has been received.
10. In the case of catalogue items, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
simply e-mail us within two days and then send us the order within five days, unused and in it's original packaging (paying for return postage), together with a print out of your order conformation email and reason for returning and a full item cost will be issued. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been damaged through misuse or poor care on the purchasers behalf.
