1. Payment to be made in pounds stirling, prices are subject to change without notice though the web site will be updated as soon as possible. Preferred payment method via paypal.
2. Delivery can be done in several ways.
All deliveries need receiver signature.
- Personal delivery at a show
- Royal Mail special delivery (UK only)
- Royal Mail with insured delivery (worldwide)

3. All goods are insured when shipped and if goods arrive damaged (goods need to be checked at time of delivery) please notify the postal worker at time of delivery and us up to one day later and we will endevor to reslove it. In the case of resin items please send the items back in their original wrapping and we will send a replacement as soon as we can, in the case of custom terrain please send it back in it's original wrapping and we will repair it and send the item back.
4. For postage and packing charges an estimate will be made of your order, OSHIRO modelterrain reserve the right to alter the order if the postage is inadequate and any over payment will be refunded by paypal if applicable or other means if not. An e-mail will be sent once your items are in the post.
5. All resin items come in an unpainted but primed condition and can be painted for an additional 50% to the basic cost. All painted items in the catalogue are only representative of colour and variations might occur.
6. For custom terrain an estimate will be given which might be different to the final price but will not be hugely different, a deposit of 30% (non refundable) is required for initial material costs and guarantee's the job, progress photos will be sent and delivery will be arranged once final payment has been received.
7. All models and images on this website are the copyright of OSHIRO modelterrain and may not be reproduced IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER without written permission.
8. In the case of resin items, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 4 days, unused and in its original packaging (paying for return postage), together with your receipt and reason for returning and a full item cost refund will be issued. I will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been damaged through misuse or poor care on the purchasers behalf.
9. If any link for Oshiro modelterrain is to be used via an external website or publication then please contact us beforehand and we will be happy for you to use it.
10. OSHIRO modelterrain will not use or release your personal information to any third parties.
